Today is the day -- the wife's first book has been released by Villard, and it's on sale at all book vendors.

That means go out and buy it. It's great -- I'm totally impartial about how wonderful a literary effort it is, and your dollars help contribute to our vacation house fund.

Entertainment Weekly's Tim Stack gives it a B, and Kirkus Reviews said it was a "vivid, painfully realistic coming-of-age memoir."

Buy piles of them -- in fact, Amazon only has five copies left as of this writing! (In case you can't tell, I am over the mizz-oon with pride for my old lady...)
